Up until about the age of 21, Blaise's life pretty much mirrored that of his bestfriend, Draco Malfoy. At that time, Draco's ambitions of Seekers took their lives in different directions and Blaise started pursuing his love for music, joining a band that played around the local London pub scene. This was Blaise's life until about year ago, when the band parted ways and Blaise found himself with too much spare time on his hands...
Barely a few months later, his cherished friend, Draco, was in an accident at Seekers, and Blaise was devastated. Faced with not only his band breaking up, but also almost losing the most important person in his life, he sought comfort in the worst possible place - drugs and alcohol. After many months of living under his addictions and turning into a completely stranger to his family and friends, Blaise landed in a exclusive rehab facility in America, where he spent eight weeks of intense treatment to overcome his addictions. Now completely clean, he returned home to London to face his past. His loved-ones forgave the awful things he did under the influence and his path soon crossed with Charlie Weasley, whom he fast found himself falling for. Blaise now has his life back on track is ready to face it renewed passion. He feels the time has come in his life to follow in Draco's footsteps and find "his Harry"... a person to love and settle down with finally, after a carefree life lived without any real responsibility. Time will tell if Charlie is the one, but for the meantime, they are both having fun getting to know each other.
Blaise's passion is music. Like Draco, he has always been a skilled and naturally-talented musician, however guitar is his true love. He writes music and used to be the back-up singer for his ex-band as well as bass guitarist. He misses the life of playing gigs and having a laugh jamming with people who share his love for music. Blaise also enjoys drawing, though he has never really shown anyone but Draco his work.
Blaise came from the same strict Pureblood traditional life as Draco, though his own father died when Blaise was just eight years old. Blaise's mother never had much interest in him beyond handing him money to keep him out of her hair to be able to live her own life in and out of marriages to rich husbands. It's still the same to this day, and Blaise spent most of his childhood with Draco at Malfoy Manor. It was his mother's attitude towards him that made Blaise realise that he didn't want the life he was brought up to live. It was early in his school life that he had a determination to enjoy the finer things in life. The things that money cannot buy. And now, having been given a second chance at life, he plans to do everything he can to make his life a memorable one.
